About Precise Electrical

Precise Electrical is a licensed electrical contractor based in Peoria. We work on businesses and homes across the Valley, from a single dead circuit to a full panel upgrade or a tenant buildout.

Every job starts with an electrician looking at the actual wiring, then a written, flat price before work begins. When a job needs a permit, we pull it and see the work through inspection.

Arizona licenses contractors through the Arizona Registrar of Contractors, or ROC. Precise Electrical does electrical work under an ROC license, and you can look up our license at roc.az.gov before you hire us. Our license is ROC #368777, a CR-11 dual electrical license that covers both residential and commercial work.

Arizona's handyman exemption only covers small jobs under $1,000 in labor and materials that do not need a permit. Anything larger, or anything that needs a permit, requires an ROC-licensed contractor. Ask for the license number from anyone you hire, including us.

If a job needs a permit, we pull it. That includes panel and service upgrades, new circuits and most work inside walls. A permit means a city or county inspector checks the work, and you have a record of it for your insurance company and the next buyer of your home or building.

Skipping a permit can save a little time up front and cause real problems later, when you sell, file a claim or need the work redone.

You get the price in writing before we start, with the scope spelled out so you know what is included. If we open a wall and find something that changes the job, we stop, show you what we found, and talk through the options before doing more. Nothing is added to the invoice without your approval.

We will also tell you when a smaller fix is the right one. Not every tripping breaker needs a new panel, and not every EV charger needs a service upgrade.

We work in occupied homes and businesses, so we act like it. We protect floors and furniture near the work, ask about pets and kids before we prop a door open, and keep the work area as contained as the job allows.
