Thank you for choosing Precise Electrical. We ask every customer the same thing: tell people on Google how it went. Good, bad or somewhere in between, your review helps your neighbors choose an electrician and helps us do better work.
How to leave a review
Search for Precise Electrical on Google, open our business profile and choose Write a review. You will need to be signed in to a Google account. Choose a star rating, write a few sentences about the job, and post it. If you are not sure what to write, these are the things other customers find most useful.
- What you had done, and in which city
- How scheduling and communication went
- Whether the final price matched the written quote
- How the crew treated your home or business
Every review is welcome
Everyone gets the same link and the same request, no matter how the job went. We do not check with customers first or only ask the happy ones to post. If something went wrong, you are free to say so publicly. We would also like the chance to make it right, so call 602-935-7971 if there is something we should fix.
What we do with reviews
We read every review and share them with the people who did the work. Praise tells us what to keep doing. Criticism tells us what to change, and we take it seriously. We never offer discounts, gifts or anything else in exchange for a review, good or bad.
